Exhibitions & Conferences Officer — Riyadh

Contribute to the planning and organization of exhibitions, conferences, and various events.

Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and identify execution needs.

Monitor the preparation of event sites, booths, and exhibitions, ensuring their readiness.

Communicate with suppliers and service providers, tracking pricing proposals and deliveries.

Coordinate with teams and participating entities to ensure efficient execution.

Follow up on timelines and operational plans, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines.

Supervise equipment, setups, and logistical services during events.

Monitor registration, reception, hospitality, and technical service needs per event requirements.

Address operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions during execution.

Prepare reports on workflow, achievements, and observations post-events.

Track operational expenses and assist in managing costs according to approved budgets.

Maintain execution quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of practical experience in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and events.

Experience in coordinating with suppliers and monitoring logistical arrangements.

Good time management, task organization, and detail-oriented skills.

Able to work on-site and handle work pressure during events.

Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary for event setup or operation.

Fluency in Arabic, with a good command of English.
