Aluminum & Steel Factory Supervisor — Jeddah

We are looking for an experienced Aluminum & Steel Factory Supervisor to oversee the overall factory operations, ensure efficient production, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the daily operations of the aluminum and steel factory.

* Monitor manufacturing and production processes and ensure compliance with production plans.

* Assist in recruiting and providing the required workforce for the factory.

* Ensure product quality and compliance with required specifications and standards.

* Monitor raw materials and inventory and report requirements to management.

* Follow up on regular maintenance of machinery and equipment and coordinate with relevant parties.

* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.

* Prepare regular reports on production, performance, and operational matters.

Skills

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience supervising aluminum and steel factories or workshops.

* Minimum age: 30 years old.

* Relevant academic qualification.

* Good command of English

* Strong team management and leadership skills.

* Ability to organize and monitor production operations.

* Ability to work under pressure and solve operational problems.

* Strong commitment, discipline, and time-management skills.
