Financial Manager — Hafr Albaten

A reputable company operating in the food and restaurant sector is announcing the availability of a Financial Manager position to be filled in the financial management team.

The company operates through more than 15 branches, a central kitchen, and a main warehouse , and is seeking a financial manager with strong experience in managing financial operations for multiple branches, capable of leading and monitoring the accounting team and improving financial oversight.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the financial and accounting operations for the company, branches, kitchen, and warehouse.

• Supervise accountants and monitor their daily activities, distribute tasks, and review results.

• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports and submit them to senior management.

• Monitor cash flows, revenues, expenses, and compliance and collections.

• Oversee budgets, expenses, revenues, and costs for all branches.

• Monitor supplier, customer, and bank accounts and bank reconciliations.

• Supervise inventory and costs and link them to financial operations.

• Analyze product costs, raw materials, and profit margins.

• Prepare financial budgets and forecasts and analyze variances.

• Develop and implement internal control procedures and limit financial errors and risks.

• Review accounting entries and ensure the integrity of documents and records.

• Monitor compliance with tax and legal requirements and financial obligations related to coordination with specialists.

• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant parties as needed.

• Provide financial analyses and recommendations that assist management in decision-making.

• Enhance the performance of the financial team and improve the efficiency of accounting procedures and systems.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or a related field.

• Strong experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or food sector or multi-branch companies .

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of accountants.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, costs, inventory, and cash flows.

• Ability to analyze financial data and link it to operational performance for branches.

• Strong skills in Excel and accounting systems and ERP.

• Leadership, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making decisions.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and branches simultaneously.

• Preferably, the candidate should be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
