Admin HR Officer — Umm Al Quwain

Job Title: Admin & HR Officer

Location: [UMM AL QUAIN]

Position Type: [Full-Time]

Schedule: [e.g., Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM]

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

Manage daily office management duties, including office supply management, vendor coordination, and maintenance of facilities.

Draft, organize, and archive essential office documents, contracts, policies, and company correspondence.

Coordinate company travel, meeting arrangements, and schedule organization for senior staff.

Oversee asset management (IT equipment, keys, badges) and track inventory.

Human Resources Support

Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new-hire orientation.

Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital HR records, employee files, and attendance/leave tracking.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Gather monthly payroll data, assist with benefits enrollment, and address basic employee inquiries.

Culture & Compliance: Help plan team events and ensure company operations comply with local labor laws and office policies.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: [2–4+] years of combined experience in administration and HR/people operations.

Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) or payroll systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Confidentiality: High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee and company data.

Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
