Road Inspector — Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province

Conduct thorough on-site inspections of road construction and maintenance projects verifying adherence to design specifications and quality standards Document all inspection findings meticulously including photographic evidence measurements and detailed written reports for project records Identify and report any deviations from approved plans safety regulations or material specifications to project managers and contractors promptly Monitor the quality of materials used in road construction such as asphalt concrete and aggregates ensuring they meet required testing and certification Possess a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is highly advantageous.Hold relevant certifications such as NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) or state-specific inspector certifications.Minimum of 0-3 years of progressive experience in civil construction, infrastructure inspection, or a directly related engineering field.Demonstrated experience with road construction techniques, materials testing, and quality control procedures.
