Project Manager — Riyadh

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from conception to execution, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the specified timeline and budget. This role involves planning, execution, and evaluation to guarantee the successful completion of defined goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage market research projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.

Coordinate with multiple specialized teams to ensure effective communication and ongoing collaboration, enhancing the quality of final deliverables.

Develop appropriate research strategies based on client needs, utilizing data analysis tools to assess value propositions.

Prepare regular reports outlining project progress and evaluate necessary recommendations to improve performance.

Identify potential risks and manage challenges that may arise during projects, providing innovative solutions to ensure continuity of work.

Train and guide new team members, enhancing their skills to ensure the achievement of high-quality results.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, building long-term relationships that enhance the company's reputation.

Analyze data and evaluate strategic recommendations based on results, contributing to the improvement of operations and services provided.

Monitor budgeting and cost estimation closely, ensuring effective resource utilization and achieving financial objectives.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Minimum of five years of experience as a project manager.

Experience in maintenance and operation projects of fuel stations.

PMP certification.

Ability to plan and manage costs, timelines, and resources.

Managing work teams in multiple locations.

Communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Preparing reports, resolving issues, and managing conflicts and negotiations.
