Fleet and Maintenance Manager — Riyadh

Manage and monitor the fleet of light trucks (Dyna), and organize periodic and preventive maintenance and repairs. Prepare a record for each vehicle including mileage, maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, and all expenses. Review breakdown diagnoses and workshop price quotes, and ensure the necessity of repairs and the quality of their execution. Compare prices for spare parts and services, negotiate with workshops and suppliers, and review invoices and warranties. Monitor fuel, oil, and tire consumption, and investigate abnormal expenses and recurring breakdowns. Implement vehicle inspections in coordination with drivers and branch supervisors, and follow up on reports until they are closed.

Practical experience of at least 5 years in managing and maintaining light truck and Dyna fleets; Isuzu experience is preferred. Good technical knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to evaluate workshop diagnoses. Proven experience in cost control, maintenance monitoring, and procurement. Proficiency in using Excel, fleet management systems or ERP, and report preparation. Ability to manage follow-ups with drivers, branch supervisors, and workshops. A valid driver's license, and readiness for field visits and travel between branches. A qualification in automotive mechanics or mechanical engineering is preferred, with priority given to practical experience.
