Editor / Designer — Dubai

Quickly select, edit and deliver race-day photographs for immediate publishing.

Prioritise VIP, Royal, Sheikh Rashid, sponsor, winner and other key race-day content.

Prepare and resize images for various social media platforms and digital channels.

Create and adapt social media graphics, carousels, stories and race-related visual content.

Support race-day graphics, winner quotes, replays and other urgent design requirements.

Work closely with photographers and the Social Media team to meet tight deadlines.

Prepare templates and digital assets in advance of major race meetings and feature events.

Provide additional design support during major events, including Dubai World Cup.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign ; knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects would be an advantage.

Strong photo editing, colour correction, cropping and image optimisation skills.

Graphic design skills with a good understanding of social media formats and visual communication.

Ability to work under very tight deadlines and high-pressure race-day environments .

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise urgent content.

Experience working with photographers, social media and communications teams.

Understanding of sports, racing or live-event media production would be an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including race nights, weekends and major events .

Creative, responsive and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
