A leading industrial company in the Tabuk / NEOM region of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Chief, Raw Mills & Kiln Section to join its plant operations team. Job Summary:

Lead the Raw Mills & Kiln Section's production operations, ensuring stable kiln operation, raw meal quality, and optimal fuel/energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all raw mill and kiln operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targetsManage a team of production supervisors, operators, and field technicians across shiftsMonitor kiln stability, raw meal chemistry, and coordinate corrective actions with Quality ControlDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce fuel and power consumptionEnsure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards in kiln and raw mill operationsCoordinate planned shutdowns and major maintenance activities with the Maintenance Department Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in cement plant production, including raw mill and kiln operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacityStrong understanding of pyro-processing and raw mill operationsProven leadership and team management skills Work Conditions: Plant-based role requiring regular presence on the production floorAs per Company's Rules & RegulationsAvailability for emergency call-outs as required Skills
