Workshop Manager — Al-Kharj

Complete supervision of workshop operations and organization of daily workflow.

Management of technical teams and workers, task distribution, and performance monitoring.

Monitoring maintenance and repair work, ensuring quality of execution.

Diagnosing technical issues and overseeing troubleshooting processes.

Ensuring compliance with work orders and verifying timely completion.

Supervision of the use of spare parts, tools, and materials, and monitoring inventory.

Overseeing routine maintenance of equipment and machines within the workshop.

Implementing safety and quality standards within the workshop.

Preparing regular reports on completed tasks, issues, and costs.

Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and relevant departments.

Working to enhance workshop efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor.

Experience in managing work teams and monitoring technicians.

Good knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks.

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred to have a technical diploma or certification in a related field.
