About the Role

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for a motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project in collaboration with our technology partner and client.

The successful candidate will support Eunoia in coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and milestones, facilitating communication between the client and technology partner, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring that project activities are progressing according to the agreed scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities between Eunoia, technology partners and the client.

Track project milestones, tasks, deliverables and deadlines.

Follow up with technology partners and project teams on outstanding activities and deliverables.

Assist in monitoring project progress and highlight delays, risks and dependencies.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs and status reports.

Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes and action items.

Follow up on assigned actions and ensure timely closure.

Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, testing, UAT and deployment activities.

Support coordination between business, technical and operational teams.

Assist in monitoring SLA and service-related activities.

Maintain project documentation, reports and relevant project records.

Support risk, issue, dependency and change tracking.

Assist with project scope and change request documentation.

Coordinate activities between teams located in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Support knowledge transfer, handover and project closure activities.

Escalate significant project delays, issues or risks to the Project Manager and Eunoia management.

Perform other project coordination and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

Bahraini nationality is required.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.

2–5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO, software implementation, IT operations or a related field.

Experience supporting IT/software implementation or digital transformation projects.

Experience coordinating with technology vendors, partners and external stakeholders.

Good understanding of software development and implementation processes.

Basic understanding of Cloud, APIs, Microservices, DevOps and Cybersecurity concepts.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Familiarity with SLA, ITSM, risk, issue and change management.

Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

Valid Bahrain driving licence is required.

Willingness and ability to travel to Saudi Arabia regularly as required by the project.

Must be able to attend project meetings and activities in both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across both countries.

Flexibility to support project activities according to business and project requirements.
