Skills

1- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

2- Proven successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably with experience in the insurance sector – 5 to 10 years of experience as a previous manager with proven results.

3- Continuous learning through workshops, seminars, conferences, and professional publications.

4- Excellent skills in coaching, training, and managing individuals.

5- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

7- Preferred experience in managing insurance clients.
