Digital Marketing Specialist — Ajman

AVA NEXUS is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the company's digital presence and the marketing of our services across technology, AI, digital solutions, consulting, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.

* Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.

* Prepare and organize content plans and publishing schedules in coordination with the design and content team.

* Create and develop marketing and advertising content for services and campaigns.

* Support the digital marketing of the company's various services and projects.

* Execute **lead generation campaigns** and support customer acquisition activities.

* Monitor campaign performance, results, and key performance indicators.

* Follow up on digital inquiries and engagement and direct potential leads to the relevant team.

* Monitor market trends, competitors, and developments across digital platforms.

* Support the digital launch and promotion of new services and projects.

Skills

* Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

* Good hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

* Understanding of Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.

* Strong marketing and content-writing skills.

* Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Good English communication skills are an advantage.

* Previous experience in B2B, technology, or professional services marketing is an advantage
