What you will do

Prospect for new clients, generate sales leads, and meet monthly sales targets.

Understand the clients need for life insurance and savings and propose customized plans that suit their requirements.

Assisting with policy renewals, amendments, claims, and managing client portfolio

Keep up-to-date knowledge of various life insurance products and their benefits

Adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Skills

Required Skills to be successful

Experience: Life insurance or sales experience preferred .

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver client-first advisory services.

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
