Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunitiesConduct land and development feasibility assessmentsCoordinate with landowners consultants and relevant stakeholdersManage land acquisition and pre-development activitiesCoordinate with government authorities and municipalitiesHandle planning permitting NOCs and other development approvalsEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations and development requirementsSupport the project from land identification through the development stageProvide market insights and recommendations on potential development opportunities Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in real estate development in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of land acquisition and property development processesGood understanding of Saudi government approval and permitting proceduresStrong network and communication skills with relevant government authorities and stakeholdersStrong negotiation, analytical, and project coordination skillsSaudi National is highly preferredCandidates with experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate investment are highly encouraged to apply.� Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
