A leading industrial company in the Tabuk / NEOM region of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor, Cement Mills to join its plant operations team. Job Summary:

Supervise day-to-day production operations in the Cement Mills Sub Section, ensuring output, quality, and safety targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise shift operations of the cement mills to achieve production and quality targetsMonitor mill performance parameters and coordinate with Quality Control on product specificationsEnsure all operators follow standard operating procedures and safety protocolsCoordinate with Maintenance on planned and emergency equipment stoppagesPrepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to the Section ChiefTrain and develop operators under supervision Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in cement or heavy process industry production operationsPrior supervisory experience preferredGood command of English; Arabic is an advantage Work Conditions: Shift-based work, including nights and rotating schedulesField work within an industrial plant environmentAs per Company's Rules & Regulations Skills
