A leading industrial company in the Tabuk / NEOM region of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Chief, Electrical & Instruments to join its plant operations team. Job Summary:
Lead the Electrical & Instruments Section, overseeing all electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and control systems across plant operations to ensure maximum equipment reliability and uptime. Key Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and supervise all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities across the plantDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and instrument systemsManage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, instrument engineers, foremen, and techniciansEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulationsCoordinate spare parts planning and budget for the Electrical & Instruments SectionInvestigate major electrical/instrumentation failures and implement corrective and preventive actionsLiaise with Production and other Plant sections to minimize downtime and optimize plant reliability Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in heavy industrial plant electrical/instrumentation maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of cement plant electrical systems, MV/LV distribution, PLCs, and control systems preferredProven people-management and team-leadership experience Work Conditions: Field and office work, plant environmentAs per Company's Rules & RegulationsAvailability for emergency call-outs as required Skills
