Sales Representative – Water Pumps & Electromechanical Equipment — Riyadh

Business Integration Trading Co. (BITC) is an established Riyadh-based supplier and system assembler of water, fire-fighting and electromechanical solutions, trusted by leading contractors, consultants, industrial plants and agricultural projects across the Kingdom. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional who delivers measurable results from the first months, with a proven record of achieving targets and an active network in the Saudi market. This role is for a closer with a verifiable track record, not for those still building one.

Product lines you will sell:

Water pumps: domestic, agricultural and industrial

Submersible borehole (well) pumps

Locally assembled water booster sets

Locally assembled fire-fighting pump sets

Locally assembled electrical control panels: domestic, industrial and agricultural

Electric motors and diesel engines

Pressure tanks

Gearboxes

Key responsibilities:

Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across all product lines

Bring in orders quickly by leveraging your existing relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, factories, farms and distributors

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, from lead generation to negotiation, order closing and repeat business

Lead technical-commercial discussions with decision-makers and recommend the right pump, motor, tank or system for each application (flow, head, power, duty point)

Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions, protecting margins and payment terms

Get BITC approved on contractor and consultant vendor lists and pursue project and tender opportunities early

Coordinate with technical, procurement and warehouse teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time delivery

Support collections and keep customer credit within company policy

Track competitors, pricing and market trends, and give management clear weekly pipeline and visit reports

Represent BITC professionally at customer sites, exhibitions and industry events
