Plumbing And Fire Fighting Site Engineer — Riyadh

Supervise and execute plumbing and firefighting works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

Manage installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pumps, jockey pumps, fire tanks, drainage, water supply and sanitary systems.

Review IFC/shop drawings and coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Electrical, ELV and BIM teams to resolve service clashes and interfaces.

Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, productivity and daily site progress.

Ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Coordinate inspection, pressure testing, flushing, testing & commissioning of systems.

Ensure works comply with NFPA, local authority requirements and project specifications.

Raise/close WIR/IR, NCRs, punch points and inspection observations.

Maintain progress reports, testing records, as-built information and handover documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project timelines.
