Electrical Engineer – Construction Supervision / PMCM — Jeddah

Role Overview

Supervise electrical installations and support technical reviews, inspections and commissioning. Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and ELV systems within the project scope.

Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals and installation methodologies.

Inspect cabling, containment, panels, equipment and associated installations.

Coordinate electrical interfaces with mechanical, architectural and civil works.

Review RFIs and support the resolution of technical and coordination issues.

Monitor progress and report risks affecting electrical delivery.

Identify non-conformances and verify corrective actions.

Witness electrical testing, commissioning and integrated system tests.

Coordinate utility interfaces and authority inspections as required.

Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documentation.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Relevant consultancy experience in construction supervision and PMCM assignments.

Experience with electrical systems in industrial buildings and supporting facilities.

MODON project experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, protection, ELV systems and commissioning.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, schematics and coordinated drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience is an advantage.
