National Training Manager — Jeddah

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector. This role is responsible for leading the organization's learning and development agenda by designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training strategies that enhance employee capabilities, drive performance, and support business growth.

The Training Manager will play a key role in developing a high-performing workforce by identifying competency gaps, implementing best-in-class training solutions, and ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational objectives and industry standards. The role also oversees training facilities, governance, and the effective administration of all learning and development activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's annual training and development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce requirements.

Conduct training needs analyses and competency assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all functions.

Design and deliver effective learning programs using various instructional methods, including classroom training, workshops, e-learning, coaching, and on-the-job development.

Partner with department leaders to develop tailored learning solutions that address functional and technical competency requirements.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvements where required.

Manage and administer all training facilities, resources, and learning records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Develop and maintain training materials, learning pathways, and competency frameworks that support employee growth and career development.

Research and introduce innovative learning methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance the overall learning experience.

Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure effective integration and readiness of new employees.

Build and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry partners, and professional institutions to support organizational development initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the training team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Monitor training budgets, utilization, and return on investment to ensure cost-effective and impactful learning solutions.

Stay informed of industry trends, automotive developments, and emerging learning practices to continuously enhance training effectiveness.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training Management, or Organizational Development are preferred.

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Training and Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the automotive sector.

Strong understanding of competency frameworks, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic learning initiatives that drive organizational performance.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
