We are seeking an experienced Project Technical Manager to lead project delivery from planning and design coordination through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate engineering and design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
Oversee procurement, material deliveries, and site readiness to support timely execution.
Supervise installation activities in line with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate system programming, testing, commissioning, and client acceptance.
Maintain project trackers, documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, billing, and contractual obligations.
Manage variations, change requests, and commercial claims.
Identify project risks, resolve execution issues, and report progress to management and stakeholders.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of experience in ICT and ELV project execution, including 3–5 years in a project or technical management role.
Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling, networking, CCTV, access control, BMS, audiovisual systems, and related low-current systems.
Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, including testing, commissioning, and handover.
Familiarity with inspection requests, acceptance testing, compliance documentation, and client/consultant approval processes.
Experience managing project budgets, variation orders, and contractual claims.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools, alongside ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
PMP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
The position involves office and site work, with travel between project locations within Saudi Arabia as required.
