Procurement Specialist — Dammam

Manage procurement activities from RFQ through PO placement and delivery.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on technical, commercial, quality, and delivery requirements.

Prepare and analyze RFQs, quotations, commercial evaluations, and purchase orders.

Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, QA/QC, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Follow up on material approvals, delivery schedules, and supplier commitments.

Conduct commercial negotiations and support cost optimization.

Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for technical submittals and required project documentation.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering — candidates from other engineering disciplines will not be considered.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Procurement, preferably within construction, contracting, or project-based environments.

Saudi Aramco project experience is preferred.

Candidate must be currently available in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Transferable Iqama is required.

Salary: SAR 9,000–10,000 per month, full package, depending on qualifications and experience.
