Project Manager — Jeddah

We are looking for an experienced strong Project Manager strong with a strong background in strong construction and swimming pool projects strong to manage and deliver projects across Saudi Arabia The position will be based in strong Jeddah strong with frequent travel and extended stays at strong remote project locations across KSA strong The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Jeddah and work at remote project sites as required strong Key Responsibilities strong Manage projects from mobilization through completion and final handover Lead and coordinate project teams site engineers supervisors subcontractors and suppliers Plan and monitor project schedules manpower procurement materials and resources Manage construction and swimming pool-related works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with clients consultants contractors suppliers and internal departments Review drawings BOQs specifications method statements and technical documents Monitor project costs progress productivity quality and resource allocation Identify project risks delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress Oversee inspections testing commissioning snagging and final handover Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management Ensure compliance with KSA regulations HSE requirements quality standards and project specifications Manage multiple projects and site teams when required Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders Travel extensively and strong work stay at remote project locations across Saudi Arabia strong Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and project management.Strong experience in swimming pool construction, water features, or related works is highly preferred.Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion and handover.Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, and project documentation.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; Primavera is an advantage.Experience managing clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.Strong understanding of manpower planning, procurement, cost control, and project reporting.Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.Must be willing to relocate to Jeddah and work at remote project locations across KSA.Must be comfortable with frequent travel and extended stays at remote construction sites.Preferred ExperienceConstruction and building projectsSwimming pool construction and installationWater features and fountainsPool MEP, filtration, and hydraulic systemsCivil, MEP, waterproofing, and finishing worksLuxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or industrial projectsRemote-site project managementTesting, commissioning, and project handoverKSA/GCC construction projectsPMP certification is an advantage
