Technical Manager – Municipal & Infrastructure Projects — Riyadh

Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and design information.

Support the preparation of technical proposals and tender submissions for municipal and infrastructure projects.

Coordinate technical solutions and design inputs during the tender stage.

Manage BIM coordination, model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution.

Coordinate and manage detailed design and shop drawing development, review, and submission.

Conduct design coordination and constructability reviews based on site conditions and construction requirements.

Coordinate technical interfaces between consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and different disciplines.

Identify and resolve design, drawing, and technical interface issues.

Monitor the quality, progress, and compliance of design deliverables.

Support design optimization, technical clarifications, design changes, and other project-related technical activities.

Ensure technical solutions and design outputs are aligned with construction and project delivery requirements.
