Warehouse Manager — Al Kharj

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely order fulfillment optimizing productivity metrics Develop and implement robust inventory management systems that minimize discrepancies and enhance stock accuracy Lead a team of warehouse personnel providing training and guidance to foster a culture of safety accountability and high performance Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation in warehouse operations.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or logistics, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and operational success.Certification in warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is highly desirable to validate expertise.Experience in a high-volume distribution center or e-commerce environment, showcasing adaptability to fast-paced operations.
